Initially I was frustrated by the lack of a polarizing filter on my little camera, causing the Belgian streetscapes in the background to show up in the shop window displays.
But now I kind of like the way they flip around – what is foreground, what is background?
Reflection of the street in the background of a window of a Belgian lace/jewelry maker.
Reflection of the street in the background of a window of a Belgian lighting store.
Reflection of the street in the background of a window of a Belgian antique dealer; it almost appears that one can see into the Buddha’s mind.
Acrobatic art pieces spin around poles jutting out of the reflection of the street in the background.
