Vietnamese Brunch Menu on a Halong Bay Cruise

Halong Bay Cruise Vietnamese Brunch Menu

There was an interesting selection of items for our brunch aboard the boat while we were cruising Halong Bay. The meal started with a build-it-yourself Vietnamese Noodle Soup, with a choice of chicken, shrimp or vegetables.  There was also the usual breads, cheeses, sausages and eggs for the western tourists, and some exotic (and not so exotic) Vietnamese items. These included Green Papaya Salad, Stir-Fried Chicken, Hash Brown Potatoes and Sautéed Chopped Meat with a Tomato Sauce. To finish we were served some interesting tropical fruits including the cactus fruit known as dragonfruit.
