There’s something fascinating about balancing rocks. In Phu Phra Bat Historical Park there are huge rocks balanced on top of other rocks. The park is a short rented motorcycle distance away from the city of Nong Khai in Northeast Thailand (Issan).
Many people have placed these little sticks to help prop up this gigantic rock, as if this was possible. Totally charming!
The ultimate condo with a view. The principle here is the same as the sticks, only in this case using natural stones and adobe to create an unique refuge.
Some man-made balancing rocks in front of some ones made by mother nature.

WOW these pictures are fabulous!
thats amazing, can anyone get up there?
If you mean the little stone hut on top of the rock, there didn’t seem to be any way up for mere mortals like me. However, I think it’s a meditation hut. There were various shrines, small and large, spotted around the area, and I think I may have spotted a rickety ladder hidden in a dark corner of one of them.
yes i wouldnt want to attempt to go up there for sure
VERY COOL!!!!
