Travel Theme: Decorative Brussels Sprouts

Most cities have some sort of animal or flower to represent them. Brussels has the brussels sprout.

It’s pretty hard to make a brussels sprout look good but here they have almost succeeded. Now if they could only find a way to make brussels sprouts taste good!

  1. brussel sprouts can taste awesome. Try them at St Augustines. Bring me and I’ll eat them for you if you disagree. This does not apply to Al 🙂

    • I’ll have to try that, although I expect I still won’t be crazy about them. A friend of mine served them lightly roasted with smoked pork belly and huge amounts of freshly grated Parmesan, and that didn’t work for me! Picky eater, eh?
