The Vancouver Brewing Scene

My blogging and beer buddy does a great run-down of the Vancouver brew scene!

And here’s a short list of a few of my own faves for craft beer and sampling flights:

A good friend is coming to the best coast soon and was hoping to get a taste of my homebrew as well as sample some of what Vancouver’s professional craft brewers have to offer. Alas, I had a road trip planned.  So, to make it up to him, here’s a rundown of where to go in the city for the best craft beer.

There are a number of Vancouver ‘hoods where the craft beer industry is clustered.

Mount Pleasant and SoMa

For my visual effects employed friend this is a good place to start. The industry has infested the South Main and Mount Pleasant areas like ants on spilled beer.
