On our first trip to Brussels we stayed at the charming Hotel Les Bluets.

I should mention that the ‘Petit déjeuner inclus.’ is anything but petite, and includes all kinds of tea, coffee, juice, tasty bread, pan au chocolate, croissants, boiled eggs, and fruits as well as an impossibly large collection of cheeses, yogurt, patés, preserves and meats. Madame has a few idiocincrisies, one being that she doesn’t allow cameras in the breakfast room; thus I have no photos of this magnificent feast.
