A brewpub in a castle and a bar cat – who could want anything more?
One enters Stadkasteel Brewery in Utrecht under the auspices of some seriously cranky nobility.
Inside are images of castle revelry. Maybe the characters over the entrance were not happy at been stuck outside when there was such a party going on inside.
The bar cat and the brew (this is a brewery after all). We both tried their wheat beer with orange peel but found it ordinary, unlike the kitty which charmed us both.
The bar cat takes a break from his work of greeting customers.
