Antwerp’s train station is so much more than just a train station – it’s worth visiting even if you’re not planning on taking any trains.

We were fortunate in this discovery as our friend Mikey had to go and book a train to Amsterdam so he could fly back to England.

The building is a grand Victorian with a fondness for expansive glass skylights.
Then there’s the artwork – whimsical sculptures in Steam Punk style, entirely appropriate for the era of this station.
