A cauliflower side dish – I’m making it to go with Christmas turkey!
- Soak mustard seeds, tumeric and saffron in oil for an hour or so.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Toss the cauliflower in the roasting pan/baking sheet with oil & spices.
- Roast, tossing occasionally, until almost tender, 35-40 minutes.
Here it is served with peppercorn steak; both topped with parsley.

Not normally a fan of cauliflower but I’ll give this a go!
I’m not crazy about cooked cauliflower either but this was quite nice!
