World Spices Cooking Class 3: Roasted Cauliflower from the Middle East

A cauliflower side dish – I’m making it to go with Christmas turkey!

  • Soak mustard seeds, tumeric and saffron in oil for an hour or so.

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the roasting pan/baking sheet with oil & spices.
  • Roast, tossing occasionally, until almost tender, 35-40 minutes.
