Watching the Evening Light

To my mind the best ‘golden hour’ shots are found at places with an open-air area to stop in.

If you start early you can catch all the phases of late afternoon and evening light, especially in the northern countries in May and June.

Holland in June was all about spending the evening with people. This crew, in Delft, upon finding out we were tourists immediately invited themselves to our place! “You are from America? Canada? You have a big house? A swimming pool? We are coming to stay with you!!!
